No COD – We currently accept only prepaid orders to streamline our process and maintain the quality of our service.
No Returns/Refunds – Since our products are custom-made and often personalized, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order is placed. This helps us ensure that every creation remains unique and made just for you.
Damaged or Defective Items – In the rare case your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it by emailing email.com with clear photos of the issue. Our team will review the case and work with you to resolve it promptly.
